1. How do I post a question?

   To send us a question, use our online submission form. Alternative ways are fax (1-815-301-3526) and e-mail. Please don't forget to attach your name, e-mail and deadline to the problems.

2. How detailed will the solution be?

   When submitting us your math assignment, you can choose between detailed solutions and answers only. You can see detailed solutions examples and evaluate the quality of our tutors' work. Answer only assumes an answer only (like at the end of the book) and no derivation or explanation along with this answer.

3. I submitted the problems a few days ago and never heard back. Why?

   Even if we can't help you with the problems, which is a very rare case, we will reply as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours. There are several possible non-delivery reasons:

   1. you made a typo in your e-mail address when submitting the problems through our online submission form or fax;
   2. your mailbox is full;
   3. your spam filter doesn't let our messages get through.
      
      

   If you didn't get any reply from us within 24 hours, we recommend you to e-mail us your alternative mailbox address and your phone number and we will call you back. Also, you can give us a call at 1-520-834-8950 or contact Helen Mesheryakova through Yahoo Messenger (Yahoo id: helenmesh).

4. I need live help online. How can I connect to your expert?

   Our math tutors are available online only for a scheduled session. Please e-mail us to schedule your session and describe the subject, problems you need help with, desirable time for the tutoring session (list all that apply) and your time zone.

5. What are the subjects I can get help with?

   If you need help with a non-math subject, please visit our partner website www.homeworkexpert.com . If you have a math assignment and its subject is not listed among the available math subjects, you can still submit your assignment and we’ll do our best to help you.

6. Can I get help immediately?

   Unfortunately we do not provide continuous online services and we are not able to handle rush orders. We normally need 24 hours to quote and collect the payment and then another 1-5 days to solve the assignment (depending on the number of problems, their complexity and our current load).

7. Can I have a free trial of your service?

   Unfortunately we do not provide any free trial to our math help service, but we provide your money back in case you find our solutions to be erroneous/non-satisfactory.

8. What are the typical fees for the math tutoring service?

   The fees are $20-$40 per hour and depend on the subject, class level and deadline. After we review your assignment, we will let you know the costs. We won't be doing any job for you before we completely agree on the fees and the amount of work that should be done. You can find more info about our rates here

9. How secure is the payment?

   We accept online credit card payments and payments through Paypal accounts. Your credit card information goes directly to PayPal, is not registered by HomeworkExpert and is protected by high-level encryption.

10. Is your service confidential?

    We NEVER disclose our customers' personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.). The service is absolutely confidential.

11. If I don't understand the solution I received, may I ask questions?

    In case detailed solutions are ordered, our tutors do their best to include all explanations, formulae and details. However, something may be not very clear. We encourage you to ask us clarification questions and mention everything that is not clear. We will get back with an answer within 24 hours at no additional charge. We will accept questions during 30 days after the solutions have been e-mailed to you.
